KiddiLearn Hub ("we", "our", or "the App") is an educational mobile application designed for children aged 2–6. We take the privacy of children extremely seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the rights available to parents and guardians.

1. Information We Collect

KiddiLearn Hub does not collect any personally identifiable information from children or parents. The App stores only the following data locally on your device:

• Game progress - star count and unlocked stickers
• App settings - volume levels, screen time limit, narration on/off
• Activity log - which learning zones were played (stored locally only)

None of this data is ever transmitted to any server, sold, or shared with any third party.

2. Advertising

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. All advertisements are configured with strict child-safety settings:

• Child-directed treatment enabled (COPPA tag)
• Tag for under age of consent enabled
• Maximum ad content rating: G (General Audiences)
• Restricted data processing (RDP) enabled - no behavioural targeting

Google AdMob may collect certain non-personal technical information as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. COPPA Compliance

This App is directed to children under the age of 13. We fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Advertising shown is child-directed and does not use behavioural targeting.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses only the following third-party service:

• Google AdMob - for displaying child-safe advertisements. See AdMob's data safety information.

We do not use analytics platforms, crash reporters, social media SDKs, login services, or any other data-collecting third-party tools.

5. Permissions Used

• Internet - required to load child-safe advertisements
• Wake Lock - keeps the screen on while a child is playing

No camera, microphone, contacts, location, or file storage permissions are requested.

6. Data Storage & Retention

All game progress data is stored only on your device using browser localStorage. This data never leaves the device and can be deleted at any time using the Reset All Progress button in Parent Settings, or by uninstalling the app.

7. Parental Rights

• Review any data stored locally by accessing Parent Settings in the app
• Delete all stored data via the Reset button or by uninstalling the app
• Contact us at any time with privacy-related questions or requests

8. Children's Safety

KiddiLearn Hub contains no external links, in-app purchases, chat features, user accounts, registration, login, or location-based features of any kind.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using KiddiLearn Hub ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user or parent/guardian) and KiddiLearn Hub. This App is intended for children aged 2–6 under parental supervision. By allowing your child to use the App, you agree to these Terms on their behalf.

2. Licence to Use

KiddiLearn Hub grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and use this App on an Android device you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

3. Restrictions

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part of it
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All content within KiddiLearn Hub - including games, sounds, music, artwork, text, and the KiddiLearn Hub name and logo - is owned by KiddiLearn Hub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.

5. Advertisements

The App is free to download and use, supported by child-directed, G-rated advertisements via Google AdMob. These ads comply with COPPA and Google's Families Policy. No behavioural or personalised advertising is used.

6. No In-App Purchases

KiddiLearn Hub contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, premium unlocks, or payment flows of any kind. All features and content are completely free.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KiddiLearn Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

9. Children's Use

The App is designed for children aged 2–6 and should be used under parental supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the App and any device on which it is installed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
